Beste leden,
De laatste versoepelingen vanuit de overheid geven ons gelukkig weer extra mogelijkheden. We mogen weer met meer spelers tegelijk de baan in en dat voeren wij door. Daarna bekijken wij continue de mogelijkheden voor verdere versoepeling en voeren die door zodra we kunnen.
Met ingang van 16 maart 2020 nieuwe regels:
- Er kan weer geboekt worden met 3 of 4 ballen.
- Er worden weer introducés toegelaten.
Om de doorstroming in de baan te garanderen en zoveel mogelijk leden kans op een teetime te geven, gelden er wel enkele spelregels:

- De maximale handicap per flight is 110
- Je kunt maximaal twee keer per week boeken (niet gewijzigd)
- Supervisors kunnen flights niet wijzigen of aanvullen
- Supervisors kunnen wel nog steeds opengevallen starttijden op de dag zelf boeken
- De startintervallen worden 10 minuten
- Introducés moeten worden aangemeld bij de supervisor en de greenfeebalie (invoeren als flightgenoot bij de boeking kan niet en is niet nodig)
Let op:
- Als er op een dag een volledig vrije starttijd is, kunnen alle leden, ongeacht het aantal keer dat zij hebben gespeeld, deze boeken. Heb je nog geen 2 keer gespeeld dan moet je dit zelf doen. Als je wel al twee keer hebt gespeeld, bel dan met de supervisor: 06 85727595.
- Het wijzigen van een al geboekte flight doe je als volgt:
-
- Annuleer de bestaande boeking.
- Maak een nieuwe boeking voor het aantal gewenste spelers en voer de namen van de spelers in.
NB: DE SUPERVISOR KAN EEN BESTAANDE FLIGHT NIET WIJZIGEN OF AANVULLEN
- In geval van een dringende reden om een boeking aan te passen, mail naar reserveringen@rozenstein.nl om een wijziging in de boeking aan te vragen.
En last but not least
WILT U DE ALGEMEEN GELDENDE CORONAREGELS BLIJVEN RESPECTEREN?
De regels treffen ons allemaal en hebben een reden die we niet kunnen beïnvloeden.
Het dragen van een mondkapje is verplicht in de binnenruimte op het hele complex en zeker in de pro-ruimte.

The latest relaxations from the government fortunately give us additional possibilities again. We are now allowed to have more players on the course at the same time and we are implementing this. After that we will continuously look at the possibilities for further relaxation and implement them as soon as we can.
As of March 16, 2020, new rules:
- It is again possible to book with 3 or 4 balls
- An introducé will again be admitted.
In order to guarantee the flow on the course and to give as many members as possible a chance of a tee time, some rules apply:
- The maximum handicap per flight is 110

- Supervisors cannot change or add flights
- Supervisors can still book open start times on the day itself
- The start intervals will be 10 minutes
- Introducés must be registered with the supervisor and the greenfee desk (entering as a flightmate when booking is not possible and not necessary)
Notice:
- If there is a completely free start time on a day, all members, regardless of how many times they have played, can book it. If you have not played 2 times then you must do this yourself. If you have already played twice, please call the supervisor: 06 85727595.
- Changing a flight that has already been booked can be done as follows:
- Cancel the existing booking.
- Make a new booking for the number of players you want and enter the names of the players.
NOTE: THE SUPERVISOR CANNOT CHANGE OR ADD TO AN EXISTING FLIGHT
- In case of an urgent reason to modify a booking, please email reserveringen@rozenstein.nl to request a change to the booking.

The rules affect us all and have a reason that we cannot influence.
